Beschwerde in Brüssel – Browser fühlen sich benachteiligt |

 Der Internetexplorer ist der wohl bekannteste Webbrowser der Welt. Doch auch andere Webbrowser, wie Avant, Flock, Maxthon, Slim Browser, Sleipnir und dem Green Browser möchten bekannt werden. Deswegen haben sich die Entwickler jetzt in Brüssel gegen das Browser Choice Gesetz Beschwerde eingelegt. Da bei der Windows Installation der Internet Explorer vorinstalliert ist, muss Microsoft jetzt ab dem 17. März die Benutzer wählen lassen. So soll “endlich Fairer Wettbewerb entstehen” so einer der Entwickler Ende letzter Woche. |

Hallo liebe Community
Heute ist ein trauriger Tag, da wir heute  TONYmaster aka Lars aus unseren Reihen verabschieden.
Er hat nun neue Ziele vor sich die er bestreiten möchte.
Ganz weg wird er jedoch nicht sein, als Techniker bleibt er uns noch bestehen.
Wir wünschen ihm viel Glück auf seinen weiteren Weg.
So dann nun unsere führende Leitperson weg ist, hat sich SniperWolf aka Chris zum führen des
Clans bereit erklärt. Daher liegen die Hauptentscheidungsrechte jetzt bei Chris!
Er hat schon ein neues Konzept was er durchführen möchte.

Und ICQ 7 schreibt Geschichte, obwohl es keine grundlegenden neuen Features sind, die nicht längst in anderen Messengern integriert sind. Aber für ICQ ist es neu.
Zum Beispiel kann ICQ 7 jetzt mit anderen Social Media Plattformen wie Twitter, Flickr oder Facebook interagieren. Zeit wird’s, werden sich jetzt viele denken.
Downloaden kann man ICQ 7 zum Beispiel auf der Seiten von ProSieben. Wie es aussieht, ist der neue ICQ Client auch ein wenig schneller. Nervig ist die Integration von ICQ 7 in verschiedene System-Komponenten, wie die Standard-Suchmaschine in Browsern oder die Startseite. Das muss nicht sein. |

The first free MOD for Killing Floor, Defence Alliance 2, is now available on Steam! Major updates to Mare Nostrum and Killing Floor have also been released. To celebrate the major update to Mare Nostrum, Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 is being offered at 50% off until Monday!

Updates for Killing Floor have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes include:
Four of the top maps from the Killing Floor Grindhouse Custom Map Making Competition:
* KF-Icebreaker - Winner of the $10,000 grand prize in the mapping competition and one of the most ambitious, creative, and visually stunning Killing Floor maps ever made, Icebreaker is set on a large icebreaking ship that is pitching and rolling in the middle of a fierce storm.
* KF-Departed - Winner of second place in the final wave of the mapping competition, Departed is a visually impressive level set in an industrial city area outside of London. Featuring hectic gameplay this map plays as good as it looks.
* KF-Crash - Winner of third place in the final wave of the mapping competition, Crash is an impressive remake of a classic custom map for the original Killing Floor mod. The map is set in an urban storage facility where your team’s helicopter has crashed.
* KF-FilthsCross - Winner of second place in the first wave of the mapping competition, FilthsCross is both incredibly fun and intense. Be warned, this map set in an Underground tube station is one of the most challenging Killing Floor maps ever made.
Changelist for Mare Nostrum:
* 26 all new Steam achievements.
* 14 new infantry weapons, such as the ever-distinctive Thompson submachine gun, Bren machine gun, Beretta 1934 pistol, and the SMLE rifle.
* Full Italian and Polish localisations.
* Over 20 new crewable vehicles including the Carro Armato M13/40 and Semovente 75/18 for the Italians, countered with multiple Valentine tank variants, plus the Stuart I, Matilda II and Vickers Mk VIB.
12 new maps, including:
* Crete - Fallschirmjager units dropping into the midst of Australian defenders in this classic battle.
* Ancona Approach - The Fallschirmjager are back in action, this time defending against the Polish advance in eastern Italy.
* Gazala Line - Desert tank warfare does not get bigger than this. Start your engines and prepare for total war.
* Road To Tunis - The war in North Africa is almost over, but the British must first push the Axis tanks from one last mountain valley to reach Tunis.
* Tobruk Central - The Australian defenders have been under siege for longer than they can remember, how much longer will they be able to hold out?
* Bardia - The Italian garrison is surrounded, but they will not give us this cliff top town and its valuable port without a struggle.

Microsoft beendet Windows-XP-Support |

Bald gibt es von Microsoft für einige Betriebssysteme keinen Support mehr. Nämlich ab dem 13. Juli 2010 soll der Support für Windows XP, Windows 2000 und Windows 2000 Server nicht mehr verfügbar sein. Microsoft hat sich dabei natürlich auch wieder etwas gedacht, denn die User sollen, so empfiehlt es Microsoft, auf die neuen Betriebssysteme Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 oder 2008 umsteigen.
Aber wer jetzt denkt, dass ab dem 13. Juli die fehlerhaften Sicherheitslücken in einigen Betriebssysteme bleiben(die dann noch vorhanden sind), dem sei gesagt, dass kritische System- und Security-Patches auf jeden Fall noch für XP bis 2014 erscheinen werden. |

Intel zahlt an AMD 1,25 Milliarden Dollar
Endlich kehrt Frieden ein. Intel zahlte 1,25 Milliarden Dollar an AMD, damit diese ihre Klage zurückziehen. Dabei ging es um den Vorwurf, dass Intel mit Verträgen die Händler gebunden hatte.
Nach der Zahlung an AMD lässt auch Intel seine Klage gegen AMD fallen, da sie ihnen vorwarfen, gegen Lizenzabkommen zu verstoßen.
Die Zahlung kommt AMD gerade recht, da diese seit der Übernahme von ATI nur noch Verluste gemacht hatten. |

Anew must be not always visible equally directly. With bare looking of the side has not changed a lot,
but as you can see in coming changelog to yourselves, nevertheless, already something done.
Changelog:
- New advertising banners.
- Unnecessary tables abolished.
- New sides structure.
- Now the navigation is perfect.
- Language module.
- A new navigation point (forum).
- Now the side is a sure.
- Now the side also runs under the resolution "1024x782".
That is however not yet that the side from the beta phase is. Some things must be still made such as
- Staff team.
- Of match and Infotainment boxing badge adaptation.
- And small embellishments.
Now it is really to the completion Templates
Now, moreover, everything is also written as good as possible into two languages. (In English and German)
Nevertheless, writes sometimes in the forum what you still wish so. You would also be able reinschreiben what would be able beside the videoplayer.
